Salford Roasters Xmas Blend


Last year’s Christmas Blend was so popular we decided to keep it! The Rialto is now one of our most popular coffees. This year we have blended our new exquisite Organic Guatemalan coffee (80%) with our mainstay Brazilian Santos coffee (20%) on a darker than usual profile for us, and the results are quite something. With notes of Dark Chocolate, Cherry, Honey and Nectarine, it really gives you a taste of and for the festive season.

We have sourced our Organic Coffee from the Bremen farm in Northern Guatemala, and the coffee is grown at an average height of 1,100 meters, where Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, Maragoypeand Caturra varietes are abundant.

This farm is located in Purulha, Baja Verapaz, a mostly hilly area, boulders, siguanesand limestone uplands of the North of the country. Blended with our lovely Brazilian coffee, on a medium dark roast profile, this coffee is perfect for that morning filter or mid-afternoon espresso.
